Fresh charges for Benghazi plotter

The man alledged to have planned the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya is facing a fresh round of charges.

In September 2012, U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed when their compound was overrun.
