Yosemite National Park wildfire grows

A wildfire burning in Yosemite National Park, California, is approaching 5,000 acres in size.

The blaze has kept several popular areas of the Park closed this week.

The fire started in July after a lightning strike but wasn't extinguished as officials considered it part of the forest's natural regrowth cycle.

But recent strong winds have pushed the flames out of control.

Park Ranger Kari Cobb says firefighters are starting to make some progress and the fire is about 25% contained.
