The Pentagon has announced that the leader of the Somali Islamist terror group Al Shabab was killed in a US military airstrike on Monday.
Ahmed Abdi Godane [PRON: God-ar-nee] was one of the US State Department's most wanted men, and had a 7 million dollar bounty on his head.
