Many British newspapers carry the headline "Ten Days to save the Union" Monday....
after opinion polls show voters in Scotland evenly divided over whether to to vote for independence from the United Kingdom on September 18th.
The British government says it will lay out plans to devolve more powers to Scotland if voters to decide to stay with Britain. Campaigners of the No campaign deny accusations it's a sign of panic.
