Russia's Prime Minister says Moscow will respond harshly to new sanctions

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev says Moscow will respond harshly to further EU sanctions.


Threatening a ban on foreign airlines flying over Russia and even hinting at the Kremlin rethinking its commitment to international security cooperation he struck the latest harsh note in the standoff between Russia and the west.
