Pro-Russian rebels free 1200 hostages in eastern Ukraine

Pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine have released 1200 people captured during their insurgency against Ukrainian government forces, says Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko.

The release follows a ceasefire agreed on Friday, part of which included the exchange of prisoners on both sides.
