Barack Obama has said he's skeptical that a new ceasefire in Ukraine will hold.
Speaking at the end of a two day long NATO summit in Wales, the US President said he was cautious about the latest announcement of a truce to end the fighting between pro-Russian rebels and Ukraininan forces:
