NATO sees signs of Russian troop withdrawal

NATO says it has seen a, "significant," withdrawal of Russian forces from eastern Ukraine, but adds that some force still remain there.


It comes after a ceasefire in eastern Ukraine and the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from the area.
