INTRO: The Dalai Lama has again cancelled a trip to South Africa over what appears to be diplomatic pressure from China to limit the spiritual leaders' global influence. The exiled Tibetan leader has withdrawn his visa application to attend the 14th World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates in South Africa next month. The Dalai Lama continues to campaign globally for China to relinquish control of the mountainous region of Tibet. Gary Alfonso reports.
