CAMERON: QUEEN 'PURRED' OVER SCOTS VOTE

Britain's Queen Elizabeth II 'purred' on the phone when told Scotland had voted not to become independent in last week's referendum.

This according to UK Prime Minister David Cameron who made the claim to former Mayor of New York Michael Bloomberg, and had the comments picked up by TV cameras.

UK correspondent Olly Barratt says it's an unguarded moment he will wish hadn't been overheard by anyone.
