Cameron, Clegg, and Miliband in Scotland to campaign against independence

Leaders of the UK’s three main parties are traveling to Scotland to campaign against Scottish independence, with just eight days to go before Scotland votes in referendum.

British Prime Minister David Cameron, his deputy Nick Clegg, and opposition leader Ed Miliband are all in Scotland after recent polls suggested that the Yes and No camps are evenly divided.

This week the British government unveiled a package of measures along with a timetable to devolve further powers to the Scottish parliament, if voters say no to independence.

But Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond says the visit will backfire.
