White House: IS fighters with Western passports are biggest threat; Obama not decided on action in Syria

The Obama Administration says it doesn't believe that the Islamic State is actively plotting an attack against the United States but it does pose a significant threat.

 

The White House says that the militant group's military capacity and access to financial resources makes it very dangerous.

 

But spokesman Josh Earnest says perhaps the biggest threat comes from the fighters who have western passports.
