French PM resigns amid economy row

The French Prime Minister Manuel Valls has submitted the resignation of the government following a row over the country's economy.

Talks over the weekend saw French President Francois Hollande severely criticized for it's handling of the economy by many of his top ministers.

A new government is expected to be formed by Tuesday.

Our correspondent Olly Barratt is in France and says the country's lack of economic competitiveness in the eurozone is to blame.
