Greenlandic, Danish and US senators are due to meet in Copenhagen on Friday, a day ahead of planned anti-US protests in Greenland and Denmark.

The demonstrations come after several European nations sent military personnel to Greenland, after the Trump administration continued its pressure campaign to try to acquire the island.

Trump threatens to send troops to Minnesota as tensions rise following second ICE shooting

US president Donald Trump has threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act to deploy troops to Minnesota in response to rising tensions between protesters and federal agents.

UK Police Chief Urged To Resign Over Israeli Fans Ban

A police chief in the UK is facing calls to resign, for the way they handled the banning of Israeli football fans from a European match last year.

A report found 'bias' in the decision to ban Maccabi Tel Aviv fans from attending the Aston Villa game in November. It also found the police 'overstated the threat' posed by the Israeli fans, whilst underplaying the risk they faced.

Chief Constable Craig Guildford, the head of West Midlands Police, has apologised and also blamed AI for giving incorrect information to MPs in a hearing after the decision was taken.
