US appeals court allows National Guard at LA protests

A US appeals court has given Donald Trump the green light for
continuing to use California's National Guard to quell protests
against his immigration policies in Los Angeles.

The decision supersedes last week's ruling by a federal judge ordering
the President to give back control of the troops to California's
governor.

UK MPs VOTE IN FAVOUR OF ASSISTED DYING LEGISLATION

UK lawmakers have voted in favour of legalising assisted dying in England and Wales.

The legislation would allow some terminally ill adults with under six months to live to seek medical assistance to end their lives.

Indian Defence Minister to travel to China for SCO meet next week
