Spain recovers from "massive" blackout that paralysed country

Electricity has now been restored to more than 99% of mainland Spain and almost completely in Portugal.

POWER RETURNING IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Power supplies are starting to return to parts of Spain and Portugal after a huge outage.

Many areas were brought to a standstill with trains stopped, planes grounded, phone and internet services down and traffic lights not working.

Trump's envoy Witkoff meets President Putin in Moscow
