President Biden congratulates Prime Minister Starmer after election win

US President Joe Biden has congratulated British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer on his party's landslide victory in the UK general election. 


In a call on Friday, the two leaders pledged to "work together in support of freedom and democracy around the world."

Putin welcomes Hungary’s Orban in Moscow for talks
