Ukraine and Moldova begin accession talks

Ukraine and Moldova will begin accession negotiations later on Tuesday.

It's a highly symbolic step on their path to joining the European
Union. A process that could still take years to complete.

Eight crew members involved in the Baltimore ship accident finally return home

Eight crew members who were in the ship that struck a bridge in Baltimore and killed six repair workers, are finally back in India after three months on the vessel.
