Army overturns convictions of 110 “Buffalo Soldiers”

The U.S. Army has overturned the convictions of 110 Black soldiers who were charged - and some executed - in the 1917 Houston Riots, saying the soldiers were "wrongly treated because of their race and not given fair trials."  Toni Waterman has more.

Biden heads to San Fran for APEC forum and Xi meeting

UK Issues Travel Advisory to Uganda

Nigerians Heading for Saudi Pilgrimage Forced Back Home

Indonesian President visits White House (4pm ET)
