Supreme Court postpones abortion drug decision until Friday

SHIP INSPECTIONS RESUME AT BOSPHORUS STRAIT

Dry cargo ships can once again pass through Turkey's Bosphorus Strait, after two days of negotiations between Moscow, Kyiv, Ankara and the United Nations.
