EU foreign affairs ministers discuss sanctions as Ukraine war anniversary nears

EU foreign affairs ministers are meeting today/on Monday in Brussels to discuss their ongoing response to the Ukraine war. 


The talks come as US president Joe Biden makes a historic visit to Kyiv to hold talks with the Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Biden pledges more aid for Ukraine

The United States is promising more support for Ukraine just days
ahead of the one year anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion.

On a surprise visit to Ukraine President Joe Biden said that the
international community is committed to protecting Ukraine's

Uganda Hands over 34 People Rescued from ADF Rebels to DR Congo

Uganda has handed over 34 people rescued from the Allied Democratic Forces rebels to the DR Congo government.
