NURSES STRIKE OVER

Agreements have been reached with at least two hospitals in New York
City bringing an end to the strike action by nurses.
Some nurses have already started returning to work as early as Thursday morning.

Consumer prices fall as inflation fears ease

The most closely watched inflation gauge in the United States suggests
that price pressures are starting to ease.

December's consumer price index fell 0.1 percent marking the largest
month-on-month drop since 2020.

UK STRIKE TALKS AMID HEALTH CRISIS

WHO flags two Indian made drugs as "substandard" after deaths in Uzbekistan

Japan and UK sign landmark defense agreement

WHO says China is underreporting COVID-19 deaths
