Biden denies he's seeking "regime change" in Moscow, has no regrets over Saturday comment despite White House walkback
President Biden has insisted that he was not calling for "regime change" in Moscow when he said on Saturday that Russian President Vladimir Putin could not remain in power.
Mr. Biden told reporters he was simply expressing his personal moral outrage over the Russian leader's prosecution of the war in Ukraine.
The President said questions about his ad libbed comments at the end of his Warsaw speech were "ridiculous", and insisted he had done no damage to transatlantic relations with America's allies nor complicated the crisis.
