Authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo say militants armed with guns and machetes killed at least 15 people and injured four others on Tuesday in the northeastern province of Ituri.

ANDREW FACES QUESTIONS OVER SETTLEMENT

British media reports Prince Andrew will pay Virginia Guiffre more than 12 million pounds as part of their out of court settlement.

Biden: Russian invasion “still very much a possibility”

US President Joe Biden says a Russian attack on Ukraine is "still very
