U.S. expected to require federal workers to get vaccine or face regular testing

U.S. President Joe Biden is expected to announce Thursday that federal
employees will need to get a Covid-19 vaccine or be subject to regular
testing.

This comes as the U.S. is seeing a rise in coronavirus cases and
sluggish vaccination rates.

UK Quarantine Rules To Change

Fully vaccinated travellers from the US and EU will be allowed to enter England without the need to quarantine on arrival.


The changes were announced by the UK transport secretary, and come into force next week.

Australia – Cases continue to rise in Sydney as Premier hopes for a better Spring

The lockdown in Sydney has been extended and three further areas included as new South Wales recorded another 177 cases of locally acquired covid.

US markets slip from record highs as tech stocks weigh

US markets edged down Tuesday from Monday's record highs as investors weighed a crackdown on US-listed Chinese stocks and waited on earnings reports out of major tech giants Apple, Google and Microsoft.


Continued worries over the Delta variant and concerns over a possible slowdown in the economic recovery didn't help.

CDC revises indoor masking guidance for vaccinated Americans

Germany: Emergency warnings issued after chemical plant blast
