Wall Street closes flat while Microsoft beats Q2 revenue estimates

There was little movement on the US markets on Tuesday, as analysts
say traders are holding steady in preparation for the heart of
earnings season in the next week or so.

But a number of companies saw a boom in share prices after reporting
better than expected results.

Biden signs order targeting Asian-American racism
