Navalny's team urges FSB to investigate use of chemical weapons in Russia

The UK government's considering further tightening covid-19 restrictions in England within days.

Bars and restaurants could be closed in parts of England seeing the worst infection rates.

Overnight stays away from home could also be banned.

The hospitality sector says the new measures could lead to businesses collapsing and thousands of jobs being lost.

Hong Kong Police investigate 600 million dollar art theft

Hong Kong Police have arrested three people after recovering a haul of stolen artwork estimated to be worth more than 600 million US dollars. 

The haul includes a calligraphy scroll said to be written by China's former leader Mao Zedong. The scroll was since cut in half by its new buyer, who thought it was a fake.

Facebook to Temporarily Ban Election Ads

Facebook says it plans to temporarily stop running all social issue, electoral, or political ads in the U.S. after the polls close on November 3rd.

Google has said it will implement a similar ban.

President Trump coronavirus "symptom-free" for more than 24 hours

Pubs and restaurants in parts of Scotland forced to close
