Third American charged over black jogger's death

The man who filmed the fatal shooting of an African American jogger in
the US state of Georgia has been charged with his murder.

He's the third person to be charged with the killing of Ahmaud Arbery.

University Of California Drops testing requirements

The University of California has decided it will not require students to submit SAT and ACT testing requirements through 2024. 

The unanimous 23-to-0 vote was made  to adopt the UC President's proposal that was submitted last week.
