Germany's Merkel returns to office after self-isolation

PRINCE CHARLES OPENS CORONAVIRUS HOSPITAL IN UK

S. Korea hits 10,000 coronavirus cases but pace of infection slows

A temporary 4000 bed hospital opens in London on Friday, having been built in less than two weeks.

The NHS Nightingale has been constructed in a convention centre and will be the largest critical care unit in the world.

The British government is also pledging to carry out 100 000 coronavirus tests a day by the end of the month - after criticism of its testing numbers to date.
