India opens up bond market further to foreign investors

In a bid to attract foreign investors, India's central bank upped the limit of foreign investments in corporate and government bonds.

The move comes ahead of India's yearly budget which is expected to increase India's fiscal deficit.

AUSTRALIA: Lost American firefighters in airtanker crash named

The three American firefighters that were killed in a plane crash whilst battling bushfires in Australia's south east have been identified.
The three died when their C-130 Hercules air tanker came down during operations above the Snowy Monaro (MON-AIR-OH) district of New South Wales.

Locust Swarms Heading to Uganda

Thailand biggest mover on Democracy Index
