Pentagon mulls thousands more troops to Middle East to counter Iran threat

The United States is considering sending more troops to the Middle East as it grows increasingly concerned about Iran's activities in the region.


While a decision has not yet been made, the additional deployment could number three thousand to seven thousand troops, according to various media reports.

Russians Charged in Evil Corp Hack

US authorities have filed charges against two Russian nationals alleged to be running a global cyber-criminal gang known as Evil Corp. 

Separately, the US Treasury Department, in collaboration with Britain's National Crime Agency,  is freezing Evil Corp's assets.

Ethiopia New political party faces opposition

Ethiopia's new political coalition is seeking registration from the national electoral board of the country.

Its formation was the idea of Ethiopia Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed .

It comprises 8 parties from 8 regions of the country.

But since its formation in November , it is facing  stiff opposition from other parties that have refused to join it .

DR Congo Army Arrests Rwandan Rebel

The Democratic Republic of Congo army says it has arrested a senior commander of a Rwandan Rebel group in the Eastern City of Goma.

Authorities have described Nshimiyimana Asifiwe as an important figure in the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda hierarchy.

End of an Era for Google as Founders Step Down From Top Roles

Trump Calls Trudeau Two-Faced at NATO Summit
