A Nigerian Serving Senator Sent to Prison for Fraud
A Division of Nigeria's federal high court sitting in Lagos has sentenced a former governor and serving Senator, Orji Uzor Kalu to 12 years imprisonment.
He was convicted for over $200 million fraud perpetrated when he was governor of the South Eastern State of Abia between 1999 and 2007.
