A fatal accident in Berlin has triggered a debate about whether the use of sport utility vehicles should be restricted in urban areas.

Joshua Wong Released Following Airport Arrest

Hong Kong pro-democracy activist Joshua Wong has been released on bail again following his arrest while trying to board a flight to Germany.

The court heard today that it was an administrative blunder that lead police to arrest him for breaching bail conditions over an anti-government protest on June 21st.

MUGABE DIES AT 95

He had been in hospital in Singapore since April.
