Six people are confirmed dead in Uganda after several land slides swept through Bududa District in the Eastern part of the country.
Among the dead are 5 children and a 73-year-old woman.
Search, rescue and recovery efforts are underway in the area, which lies along the slopes of Mt Elgon bordering Kenya.

A German judge is expected to hand down a verdict Thursday in the case of a nurse accused of more than a hundred murders of his patients by lethal injection, many of which he's already admitted.
