Facebook to use AI to detect "revenge porn"


Social network giant Facebook plans to employ artificial intelligence to fight the spread of what's sometimes known as "revenge porn" on its platforms… intimate photos shared online without permission.


It's the social network's latest tool in their fight against online abuse.

US envoy: Islamic State group has just a few hundred fighters left

France reacts to New Zealand terror attack

French President Emmanuel Macron has denounced the terrorist attack at two mosques in New Zealand on Friday.

Deadly Plague Breaks Out at Uganda-Congo Border

N. Korea threatens to walk away from nuclear talks: AP

North Korea is reportedly threatening to end nuclear talks with the United States and return to weapons testing.

North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui told reporters and diplomats in Pyongyang that the U.S. has thrown away a 'golden opportunity.'


According to the Associated Press, she was referring to the recent Hanoi summit, where President Donald Trump and leader Kim Jong-un failed to reach any agreement.


Choe said it's up to Kim whether to continue talks and a moratorium on weapons testing.


She said he'll make a decision soon.


According to Trump, Kim asked him in Vietnam to lift all international sanctions against North Korea.


But Pyongyang claims it only wanted some sanctions lifted.


Either way, they're unable to agree on how to rid the Korean Peninsula weapons.


And diplomacy is once again looking very unstable.

Ten students arrested in India for playing banned Chinese game

In the Indian state of Gujarat, ten university students were arrested for playing PUBG, the hugely popular smartphone game that the state recently banned. 

The ban on the game came into effect last week with authorities expressing concerns about the game inciting violence in youngsters.

Boeing to continue making 737 Max, as FAA grounds fleet

Multiple dead after shootings at 2 mosques in New Zealand


Police in New Zealand say multiple people are dead after shootings at two mosques in the city of Christchurch.  

Authorities say a suspect is in custody, but police say they haven't ruled out anyone else being involved.

The mosques were holding Friday prayers at the time of the attacks

Huawei pleads not guilty to US charges in New York court


Telecoms giant Huawei has pleaded not guilty to a 13-count indictment from US federal prosecutors, part of a wider controversy that's strained relations between Washington and Beijing.
