UK MPs TO VOTE ON 'NO DEAL' BREXIT

UK MPs will vote later (approx 19G) on whether they want to leave the EU with no deal in place.

Britain's still due to exit the bloc on March 29th.

But on Tuesday, Prime Minister Theresa May's deal with Brussels was overwhelmingly rejected by lawmakers for a second time.

UK correspondent Olly Barratt says Wednesday's vote is doesn't completely remove the no-deal risk.

S. Korean parliament designates fine dust as 'social disaster' after air pollution surge

South Koreans are finding it harder to go outside these days without protection… for their lungs.

The surgical looking face masks block fine dust particles, which surged to a record levels in Seoul earlier this month.

The new designation as fine dust as a 'social disaster' allows the government to allocate special funding for prevention and recovery.

Other newly approved bills relax regulations on the use of cars that burn liquified natural gas and mandate the installation of air purifiers in schools.

South Korea largely blames the fine dust surge on pollution drifting over from China.

But the government acknowledges it needs to curb domestic emissions from cars and coal-fired power plants.

MAY FACING BREXIT VOTE DEFEAT

UK MPs look set to vote against a Brexit deal later, despite 'changes' being won by British negotiators.

The DUP party of Northern Ireland, and a Brexiteer grouping of Conservative MPs, say they cannot support the agreement.

This after the UK's Attorney General published legal advice which suggests the UK could still find itself tied to EU rules indefinitely if the bloc didn't agree to it leaving.

Prime Minister Theresa May insists the deal she's reached with Brussels should be voted for to avoid losing out on Brexit entirely.

UK correspondent Olly Barratt says the idea of revoking Brexit completely is not yet the most likely outcome.
