FOOTBALL COACH JAILED OVER ABUSE

Former English football coach Barry Bennell's been jailed for 31 years for 50 counts of child sexual abuse.

Bennell was a scout for clubs including Manchester City and Crewe Alexandra.

China demands punishment for terracotta warrior thumb thief

OXFAM PUBLISHES ABUSE REPORT

Oxfam has published its internal report from 2011 into alleged abuse by some of its staff - and it reveals three men accused of misconduct in Haiti physically threatened witnesses during an investigation.

UN rights agency says Hungary immigration bill is "assault on human rights"

The United Nations human rights agency believes Hungary's proposed anti-immigration measure is -- quote -- "an assault on human rights."

US Indicts Russians Over Election Interference

The US Justice Department has indicted 13 Russians and 3 organizations with a criminal conspiracy to interfere with the 2016 presidential elections.

The indictment by Special Investigator Robert Mueller alleges deep penetration of the American political  system through social media and through organized election rallies.

It names the St. Petersburg based Internet Research Agency as the organizing hub which employed  hundreds  of people, some who stole the identities of Americans.
