In political stunner, Boris Johnson becomes new British Foreign Secretary

Boris Johnson, one of the leaders of the campaign to get Britain out of the European Union, has been appointed the country's new Foreign Secretary.

The decision was announced by new British Prime Minister Theresa May, as she spends her first hours in Number 10 Downing Street.

Mr. Johnson's appointment is a huge surprise, after he chose not to seek the leadership of the Conservative Party in the aftermath of the "Brexit" referendum.

But Theo Usherwood, political editor of Britain's LBC Radio, says Mr. Johnson will NOT now be overseeing negotiations to pull Britain out of the EU.
