France is postponing the delivery of an navy assault ship to Russia, because of Moscow's actions in Ukraine.
The news was announced by the Elysees Palace on the eve of a NATO summit meeting in Wales.
The Vladivostock, the first of two warships, was due to be delivered to Moscow in October.

British Prime Minister David Cameron says the UK will not waver in its determination to defeat terrorism, after the emergence of a new terror video showing the beheading of a second US journalist by the Islamic State terror group.

Pro-Russian separatists claim they are ready for a diplomatic resolution to the crisis in eastern Ukraine if Kiev sticks to its promises.
