Louisiana to pay nearly five million dollars to family of Black motorist killed in violent arrest

Law enforcement officials in the U.S. state of Louisiana will pay almost five million dollars to the family of a Black man who was fatally shocked with a stun gun and punched during an arrest in 2019.
