Nashville school shooter had “emotional disorder” but still able to buy 7 guns legally

Police say the woman who killed three children and three adults at a school in Nashville was receiving treatment for an "emotional disorder".  But she was still able to legally purchase seven firearms - some of which were used in Monday's deadly attack.
