Germany's new Parliament sits for first time

A month after national elections, Germany's new Parliament is to sit for the first time.

The group of new lawmakers will begin taking their seats in the chamber, as coalition talks continue to form a parliamentary majority.

The occasion marks an official end to Chancellor Angela Merkel's time leading Germany, but as Berlin Correspondent Trent Murray explains, she will still be required to stick around a little while longer.
