Japan's ruling party is set to propose use of AstraZeneca for workplace vaccinations, looking to breaking an impasse as new vaccinations outpace supply. Japan continues to rapidly vaccinate, but is still behind OECD nations in the share of population protected. John Matthews reports from Tokyo.
