Accelerating Europe's vaccine roll-out will be on the agenda as EU leaders from the bloc's 27 member states meet for a video conference.
With vaccine supplies expected to triple to 300million doses in the second quarter, European nations will need to significantly boost manufacturing capacity in the bloc.
