AUSTRALIA: Public servant fails in free speech appeal

The sacking of a public servant in Australia who sent anonymous tweets criticising the federal government seven years ago is sending a chill across the bureaucracy.
The full bench of the High Court has unanimously found Michaela Banerji breached the public service code of conduct and couldn't claim compensation arising from her 2013 dismissal.
