After almost three decades at the helm of broadcaster Sky, Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox has sold its 39% share in the media business.
It comes after Comcast won a bid for the broadcast operation on Sunday. Now Murdoch has agreed to take Comcast's share offer.
