Donald Trump has announced that a planned intelligence briefing on the
subject of alleged Russian hacking has been delayed.
On Twitter Trump called the move strange and stated that intelligence
agencies may be stalling to help build a case.
Both the CIA and FBI believe Russia orchestrated hacks on the
Democratic Party but the president-elect maintains there's no evidence
to support that claim.
