US pledges reform to airport security after 95% failure in tests

The head of US homeland security has pledged reforms to airport security after tests found that mock explosives and weapons were allowed through checkpoints 95% of the time.

Jeh Johnson says the acting head of the Transportation Security Administration has been moved elsewhere.
