SHIP WITH 450 ABOARD SINKS IN CHINA'S YANGTZE RIVER

Search and rescue efforts are underway in China's Yangtze River after a ship with 450 people aboard sank in a tropical storm.


China's state news agency says only 3 dozen people have been rescued so far.
