President Obama has lost his record of amassing 1million Twitter followers in the fastest time to the transgender celebrity Caitlyn Jenner.
Following a Vanity Fair photoshoot Ms Jenner took just 4 hours, one faster than Mr Obama, to hit the 7-figure mark.
Speaking at the White House on Tuesday, spokesperson Josh Earnest gave this reaction
